Listed below are the hotel policies and procedures, please read them carefully.

By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.


CHECK-IN
Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

FLEXIBLE RATE bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 1 day before arrival. If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation period, a full refund will usually be processed to the same debit / credit card the next working day, however it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account. A cancellation reference will be given and should be retained as proof of cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, the room(s), any associated meals and/or other additional extras cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded after the cancellation period (including any “no shows”), although additional meals or extras may still be added. Such cancellation charge is to compensate the hotel for the late cancellation and is not for any service.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE - Save 10% with this non-refundable, non-amendable offer. Please note that the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. This offer is non-refundable & non-amendable, and the card provided at the time of making the booking will be charged for the full amount of the stay and needs to be provided at the time of check-in.

 
NON ARRIVAL
Reservations will be held for arrival until 11am the morning after the arrival date.  In case of bookings for more than one night and unless otherwise communicated by the guest, the hotel reserves the right to release the remainder of the booking at 11AM on the day after the arrival date.  No refunds will be made against these nights.


SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of £300.00 will be applied.


AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

PAYMENT POLICY:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.

Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, Union Pay, American Express

If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.

The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, hairdryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is £50.
