Great Value Stay with Outstanding Staff in a Perfect London Location - harrieth399 - TripAdvisor 16 May 2026
Absolutely loved our stay at Oliver Plaza Hotel. The hotel was spotless, stylish and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean and modern throughout.
The bedroom was well equipped with plenty of charging points (including USB), a large TV, a good selection of teas and coffees, and a beautifully finished bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in London.
What really made the stay though was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout.
The location was perfect too, just a short walk from Earl’s Court station with great bus links nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The quality bathing products were a lovely touch and the breakfast was fresh, varied and really enjoyable.
Fantastic value for money and somewhere we would happily stay again.

Very good location, not far from the Underground station. The room Was quite small but very clean. The staff was very friendly and always at your Service. They have a good English and continental breakfast.

I travel a lot for work and always insist on staying in a chain hotel in London as independents can be really dodgy- I was worried when I had to travel last minute so ended up at Oliver Plaza… but I was so pleasantly surprised! This independent isn’t like others- it’s so clean and you can see they’ve been modernizing, so it’s tidy everywhere. I was on street level but there’s great double glazing so it was quiet for central London. It’s a budget option so rooms are small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was much better than a chain and the room standard/ cleanliness is so much better than the tired premier inn up the road. I’ll def. return and will recommend you to colleagues

Small hotel, clean and attention to detail. Great welcome from the staff and good breakfast. Very close to the metro station and convenient for travel. Several bars within walking distance. The size of the room is in line with the London average. We would be happy to return.

Stayed 2 nights, room and en-suite small but very clean, tidy and modern. Excellent shower, beds were really comfortable, air-con worked well. We liked the location, quiet but just off main road and Earls Court tube. Bedding/towels all fresh and clean. It was perfect for us after long day exploring London. You can hear occupants in rooms around you but we would stay here again and hope for quiet neighbors as this visit, not a complaint as such though. Staff were friendly, reception area nice as well, all in all a really good value hotel for a visit to London, Thank you.

What a find. Conveniently located within a short walk from Earls Court Tube station, this quaint hotel is everything you need for a visit to London. The staff are helpful and professional and were able to help with any issues that arose. The rooms are small and, if I was to raise one negative, it would be the fact that the bathroom is an opaque slide screen door, integral to the bedroom and very small. However, storage was not an issue and the beds were comfortable with all the usual commodities to hand. Rooms were impeccably clean and well stocked and there was no noise pollution from the road or other guests.
Breakfast was functional and cooked well. For £10 it provided a more than adequate start to the day with continental, cold and cooked options.
All in all, it is a fantastic little hotel.

We really liked it! Close to the metro, in a quiet area with no noise or disturbance at night, and with some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it was very well located. The staff were super friendly, especially Naseer — we did both check-in and check-out with him and he was always very clear, helpful, and attentive. The room is modern and everything works perfectly; the power outlets have USB ports, which was very helpful as it meant we didn’t need to buy an adapter. We also asked for an extra blanket and it was provided without any problem.

The hotel is very nice both outside and inside. Despite a problem in the room we were originally assigned, the staff were super helpful and responsive to changing it from the second night onwards. The breakfast was rich and varied. Very convenient location to move around the city. Very pleasant experience!
